Tenerife vibes 🌴🌊
The food was lekker, such a wide choice at brekkie. Freshly cooked options at lunch-definitely kept me full! The staff were sharp-sharp, super friendly and really made a point to check in on us. Loved chilling by the heated pool too!
The drinks were a bit too sweet for my taste. Could do with a stronger quench, especially at the bar.

Spent here 11 lovely days and would stay here again. The breakfast included cheese, cereals and fruit for everyone. Ideal location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. The area had lots of restaurants and bars.

great access to parks and local attractions in costa adeje
I loved how close the hotel was to amazing spots like Aqualand Costa Adeje, just a little over a kilometer away, making it easy to stroll down to the park views and attractions, and I found the spacious room perfect.

hotel apartment room reception lobby very nice, - staff very friendly - top rating of 7 refers to overall impression (regarding catering) - would book a room there again only without catering
Breakfast and food - all Inclusive not recommended - food and drink in our opinion extremely bad.

Just an excellent fit for a city trip in Costa Adeje with good value for money. The staff were super friendly, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you enjoy theme nights, don't miss out. They add a nice twist to dining.

Good value for money if you don't expect 4-star luxury. Some noise of the highway nearby, however not disturbing. Three different pools, and 5-minute walk from the beach.
Furniture is too old and should be renewed, cooking is practically impossible because of plates that don't get hot. But that was not an issue for us because of several restaurants in the neighborhood asking 7,75 euro for a decent 3-course menu including drinks... :-)

Hi. When we got there we were made pay an extra 140 euro a they said the room was not large enough for our family. It never says this on your website. We found this to be very unfair. Would be grateful if you could look into this for me. Regards Thomas

The children's high chairs were too worn out for cleaning. Enjoyed the evening entertainment variety.

The suite was so nice and spacious, location was perfect for the beach and shopping, and we loved the sea view from our room. There were plenty of bars and restaurants around. The entertainment team was fun and really engaging, especially for families.
The food got a bit repetitive and the drinks were too sweet for my taste. The pools felt a bit small for the size of the hotel, especially in high season.

Quiet at the start of the week and sunbeds available at all times of the day however by the end of the week not enough bed or matresses for the available beds
Accommodation basic and location not as originally stated - hotel a good 15 minutes from the beach and uphill all the way from the beach. Pool small and apartment views nil as we were looking into another apartment block

The apartments are spacious and include a small kitchen area for those not on the all inclusive package. The beds are comfortable for sleeping. The choice of food in the restaurant for all inclusive is varied and plentiful. A 5 min walk down hill takes you to Torviscas beach. Good local bus services close by for accessing other places on the island. Anyone wishing to use the bus service on a regular basis during their stay should invest in a Bono Bus Pass. Travel costs are greatly reduced on the buses, these can be purchased at the bus station or in some of the local shops near by. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cleaners do attend to the apartments 5 days out of 7 but the floors and table tops are rarely swept or dusted down. The hotel does not inform guests that they must pay extra charges: 20 euros per week to access English channels on the TV, if you wish to have a remote to operate the TV this is another 15 euros and 15 euros deposit. There is also an extra charge of 15 euros to hire the safe within your apartment. Vegetarians are not really catered for in the restaurant. Chips, pizza, plain pasta and salad get very boring after a few days. Don't choose apartments that are on the main road, it gets very noisy about 5am each morning with traffic.
